Sorry I've been MIA lately....

I've been sick, sick, sick!!! NO FUN!!! I didn't get out of bed until 12:00 in the afternoon. Let me tell ya, that NEVER happens in my household. Even though the kids love their daddy so much, they love their momma too and they don't quite understand that Momma doesn't feel good!!! So when I'm sick, I usually don't get the rest like I should/need. Well Josh was truly a blessing Saturday morning and let me sleep!! I woke up feeling better but I think I overdid it Saturday afternoon and felt horrible Sunday and yesterday!!! I worked from home yesterday and and I'm back at work today!!! Thankfully the kids are all fine and haven't gotten my nasty little cold!

I finally ordered the pictures that Mandi took for my family!!! Yeah I was totally slacking on that, but I'm sooo excited to see them and hang them up!!!! I LOVE pictures, we have them all over the place.

Oh our family hasn't been able to keep the kids kittens around!!!! Harley is a cat lover and Josh isn't! He can't STAND THEM AT ALL!!! So every kitten we've had, has been a outside cat!! Well they don't stay around. Poor Harley, she had really been a trooper through it all! Well against Josh's wishes I got Harley another kitten!! Against Josh's wishes I told him if this cat had a fighting chance with this family, it needed to stay inside!!!! So we've had "Boots" for a little over a week now and he's been an inside kitty!!! I really have to give it to Josh, he can't stand cats but he absolutely LOVES his little girl so he's biting the bullet! I sure do love him and what he does for our family! The kitten is a little skiddish but I think I've been making some headway with him! The only new pics I have right now is of the kitten in my lap yesterday helping me work! He really is so cute!!!

Oh Monday why did you have to visit me so soon, LOL

UGH, I've never really been a Monday person! It seems like my weekends are always jammed packed and I never get a day to just breathe! Saturday we had a family function to go too! Josh had a tree job in the morning and took Harley with him. She enjoyed having her Daddy all to herself and I inturn had Derek and Melissa all to myself! I'm was and still am bummed I wasn't able to make it to the blogger party! I'm so sorry ladies, I was really looking forward to meeting some of you!! Sunday I did not leave the house! I finished my cleaning while Josh took Harley and Derek to work with him! So it was just me and my Sweet Melissa. She LOVES her one on one time with Mommy! So by the time Josh got home, I had dinner all made and on the table! GO ME!! LOL!!!

I'm so happy that this week is a 3 day work week for me :-) Thursday is Vetern's Day (government holiday) and Friday is my CWS day, YAY!! At the moment I can't of anything we have planned but there's something nagging me in the back of my head that I do have something, I just can't remember what it is. DARN IT, my memory has really faded since I've had my kids. Have any of you other Momma's out there expierenced memory loss? LOL

Looking forward to tomorrow night, I'm meeting my Momma at the barn to ride "Lerch" as I have nicknamed him. I haven't ridden in a good 7-8 months. I already have neck and back pain, so I'm sure I'll be SORE Wednesday but I'm looking forward to it. Riding horses is in my book, THE BEST workout EVER! It works every muscle in your body!!! Alrighty, time to jump off here!!!!
