Sunday I went to my mom's riding lesson to watch her! Then she, I and Christy went to lunch at Panera!!! I ran over to Petco to get Magnum a kong b/c Joey introduced him to Brink's filled with Peanut Butter and HE LOVED IT!!!! Then I went home, cleaned the toy room, rearranged my bedroom and took a shower and got ready for Derek and Melissa's bday party with friends at the Bowling Alley on base in Indian Head. It went GREAT and the kids came home with more toys!!! Good thing I got rid of some (like 3 trash bags full, lol)
Last night and tonight are my nights with the kids this week and then I'll get them back Friday night for my 3 day weekend with them :-) I know this whole thing is going to take some time to adjust too and I know it's for the best but I still don't like it!!! Josh and I are being nice towards one another for the kids sake, which is the way it's suppose to be. I'm also HAPPY with my life too!!!! I really haven't been for awhile and to have this feeling, it's pretty great!!!! I'm just really blessed to have Friends and Family support me. I really didn't realize the amount of people that truly cared for me until now and I can tell you one thing, it really has taken my breath away!!!! I went from feeling alone to having people who care about me and it really is amazing!!! I just want all of you to know that I really love you all and I'm so thankful that your in my life!!!!
I really can't wait till the weather stay's NICE OUTSIDE!!!!!! I hate being cooped up in the house. I'd love to get together with some of you mommies for a play date with the kids!!!! Ok well here's 3 pics I took of the kids Saturday morning before they had to go to their daddy's house!

I'm glad to hear you're doing so well :) It's not easy with not seeing your kids every single day, believe me... just try to make the best out of it :)
ReplyDeleteThanks girl! For the most part, I'm being strong, but there are those moments where I wish I could take it back but I know in my heart and head that this is the right decision for me and my kids!
ReplyDeleteGlad that everything seems to be looking up. I am really proud of you for being so strong and also getting along with Josh for the kid's sake. That is so important. You guys might not have worked out, but you still had 3 beautiful children that need you both! Makes me happy to hear that you two are trying hard to be civil towards each other!!!
