WOW 3 posts in one week........

No it's not going to snow, LOL!!!!! Last night, Josh's parents had Derek's favorite for dinner "Magic Tacos". Don't ask me where he came up with this, but the boy LOVES tacos and I told him we would have Taco Tuesday's in our house! It just so happened that his birthday was on a Tuesday!!! J's parents asked me if I wanted to have dinner at their house and I agreed to stay. It was a nice time. No real wierd funny feelings being there. Harley and Derek stayed the night at their Grammy and Cap'n's house and of course my sidekick wasn't letting me go home alone!!!! LOL, she LOVES to be with her momma!!! So me and babygirl went home to play with our puppies and go to bed!!!! She slept in the bed with me which is the worst thing with her! Once you let that child sleep with you, she expects it all the time and will scream bloody murder when you put her back in her crib! Won't make that mistake tonight.

I've got TEAM KID tonight at my church. The kids and I look forward to this all week long!!!!! Tomorrow night I have my small group at Mandi's house that I look forward to all week!!!!

I had a pretty ruff day yesterday but I can't explain the feeling I woke up with this morning!!!! I guess it was a sense of calmness. I need to stop stressing over the stuff that I can't control and just let God take the wheel! I know I need to quit being so weak minded and to stand up for myself when it comes to certain things and I'm hoping this time around, I can do just that!!!! I want to be able to prove to my kids that their momma made things happen for them!! I want to prove to myself that I was able to overcome all this grief and come out on top!!! If I can prove to my friends and family that also, it would only be a PLUS in my book!!!

I've got a feeling that life is going to be A OK in my book and I haven't had that reasurrance for some time!!!!

HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY DEREK BENNETT GILROY

Happy Birthday Baby Boy!!!

Wow, 4 years ago today I was in Civista Hospital having a c-section to deliver my beautiful baby boy, Derek Bennett!!! 4 years ago today, I went from a Momma of one to a Momma of two (a girl and a boy)!!!!! Oh mylanta how these 4 years have gone by so fast and how so much has changed!!!!! Derek amazes me everyday!!! I love watching this little boy grow up. The one thing I truly enjoy is our morning and evening cuddle times. Yep after 4 years, this boy still LOVES to cuddle with his mommy :-) You won't see me complaining here!!!!!

I have a birthday party planned for Derek and Melissa both on 2-27-11 at the Bowling Alley at the Navy Base in Indian Head, MD!!! I have 3 parties there for my kids and THEY LOVE having their birthday parties at the bowling alley!!!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone and if your not a contractor, DoD employee or Military and you need to get on base, give me a shout, I'd be GLAD to help you out :-)

I hope everyone had a great Valentines Day. My kids made me little heart shaped jewerly boxes!!! I love them all and they were soooo proud to give me their presents!!!

Oh if anyone knows of someone who is looking for a 3 month old, female, Treeing Walker (a coonhound), I HAVE ONE!!!! I need to find her a good home!!!! I'm not going to hunt her and she is definitely bred for hunting and LOVES to be outside. She's great with children and my new puppy but she's got a drive in her that I can't put to good use!!!

Ok, well I need to jet, got lots to do here at work!!! I'm already working on my 3rd cup of coffee (I'm limited to only having 2 cups b/c I get so energetic), so the K9's here better watch out, LOL!!!

Here are my adorable valintine's :-)

So as you can probably see from my header, some things have changed! I have decided that it's best right now to be single. I'm not going to go into detail about my relationship with Josh but I will say this: I do love him. I'm sad with the way things have turned out. I feel like I've let my children down.
I'm totally ok though! I've got great friends, an awesome family and not to mention, 3 of the BEST children a momma could ask for!

Well this weekend was nice. We played outside for quite a while on Saturday. I had the puppies outside and the kids. My goal was to WEAR THEM OUT!!!! I suceeded with the puppies, not so much with the kiddos, LOL. I did wear myself out though!!!

I've got some cute pictures of the kids with Magnum. In the couple day's this puppy has been at my house, he's brought so much joy to me and the kids.
